Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming communications, including calls, emails, and mail with exceptional professionalism
- Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure document confidentiality
- Coordinate office logistics, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations
- Support team projects through data entry, research, and presentation preparation

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience in a professional setting
