Responsibilities
- Manage and organize complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Compose, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, including emails, memos, and reports.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in company databases and filing systems.
- Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and track action items.
- Assist with general office management, including supply ordering and expense reporting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to work independently.
