We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our expanding team in Phoenix, AZ. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including email, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Orchestrate complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for executive leadership.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems to ensure information is easily retrievable and secure.
- Assist in the coordination of office events, client meetings, and team building activities to foster a positive work culture.
- Process expense reports and handle general office administration tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
