Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule complex appointments
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence and confidential documents
- Oversee office operations, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination
- Process expense reports, invoices, and financial documentation with precision
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries
- Onboard new employees and maintain comprehensive personnel files
- Act as primary liaison between departments and external stakeholders
- Implement digital filing systems and ensure document security compliance
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of progressive administrative experience in corporate settings
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven experience managing executive calendars and complex scheduling

- Flexibility to adjust work hours (7:30 AM - 5:30 PM) with core hours 9 AM-3 PM
