Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements efficiently.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, including memos, emails, and reports.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and documentation for management reviews.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval and compliance.
- Screen and direct phone calls, addressing inquiries or routing them to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Support the office with event planning, reception duties, and general office support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with a strict focus on detail.
