Your Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations with precision.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism.
- Assist in the organization and filing of both digital and physical documents.
- Process expense reports and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support the executive team with ad-hoc projects and special events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and document management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
