- Correspondence: Draft, proofread, and edit professional emails, reports, and presentations.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries via phone and email.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies inventory, manage vendor relationships, and oversee daily office maintenance.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing company events, conferences, and team building activities.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, including filing systems and databases.
- Meeting Support: Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and distribute action items to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Independence: Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
