Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and managing internal and external appointments.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, memos, and presentations with high attention to detail.
- Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, routing inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and itineraries.
- Assist in the organization of company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Maintain and update office files and databases to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
