- Oversee office supply inventory and vendor relationships for operational efficiency
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain accurate filing systems
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external communications
- Coordinate meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items
- Assist with new employee onboarding and training programs
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience required
- Minimum 3 years in administrative support or office management role
