Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call handling and routing
- Greet visitors, screen candidates, and coordinate meeting schedules
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and procurement processes
- Support HR functions onboarding and new hire paperwork
- Maintain clean, organized reception area and common spaces
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense report processing
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Professional appearance with strong interpersonal etiquette
- Experience with scheduling software (Calendly, Outlook Calendar)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
