- Process invoices, expense reports, and maintain financial records with precision
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Prepare confidential documents, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and vendor relationships
- Support onboarding processes and maintain employee records
- Assist with special projects and cross-departmental initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in business administration
- 3+ years of administrative support experience in professional settings
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
