- Manage and coordinate the daily calendar, scheduling meetings, and booking travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email correspondence and phone calls.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Assist with data entry tasks and generate basic analytical reports.
- Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships.
- Support the team with ad-hoc administrative projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
