- Communication: Draft, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence, emails, and reports.
- Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and distribute post-meeting action items to ensure accountability.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies inventory, manage filing systems (digital and physical), and handle incoming/outgoing mail.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into databases and CRM systems to maintain up-to-date records.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certificate in Business Administration preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional administrative support experience.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
