Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics for executives
- Handle incoming communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Organize and maintain digital/physical filing systems with strict confidentiality
- Assist with onboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and training coordination
- Support departmental projects by compiling data, generating reports, and tracking deadlines

Qualifications
