Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and mail with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management staff.
- Perform general data entry, filing, and document management to maintain organized records.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming office environment.
- Prepare and edit internal memos, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and team building activities.
- Handle expense reports and process invoices accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; college students are encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
