Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including answering phones and responding to emails with professionalism and courtesy.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for department leadership.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure efficient information retrieval.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and general office correspondence.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy.
- Support the office with inventory management and supply ordering.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily office operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory).
- Previous administrative experience is not required; we are looking for eager learners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
