Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors in a professional manner.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems to ensure efficient information retrieval.
- Assist with data entry, inventory management, and basic accounting tasks.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the department.
Qualifications
