- Document Preparation: Create, edit, and format documents, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records and databases by performing routine data entry tasks, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Office Operations: Order and organize office supplies, manage inventory, and maintain a tidy and organized workspace for the team.
- Client Support: Assist in preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, and providing general administrative support to various departments.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer literacy is required; experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred but not mandatory.
