Responsibilities
- Reception Duties: Greet and direct guests, answer multi-line phones professionally, and manage the front desk area.
- Administrative Support: Perform general clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and scanning documents.
- Communication: Draft and distribute emails, memos, and internal communications.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule appointments, book conference rooms, and prepare meeting materials.
- Inventory Management: Monitor office supplies and place orders to ensure smooth operations.
- Project Assistance: Support senior staff with special projects and ad-hoc administrative requests.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or administrative certification is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in an office or administrative setting is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
