- Correspondence: Draft, proofread, and distribute professional emails, memos, and correspondence to ensure clear communication.
- Office Management: Maintain the reception area, manage incoming calls, and handle incoming and outgoing mail/packages.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately input data into CRM systems and prepare weekly/monthly reports for management review.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, team building activities, and conference room bookings.
- File Management: Organize digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Travel Support: Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights and accommodations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Certificate in Office Administration is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; we value potential and a strong work ethic.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
