Responsibilities
- Communication Management: Handle incoming inquiries via email and phone with a professional, customer-first approach.
- Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, book meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executive staff.
- Document Control: Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations with high accuracy.
- Data Management: Maintain and update digital and physical filing systems; perform accurate data entry tasks.
- Office Operations: Oversee office supply inventory, manage vendor relationships, and assist with event coordination.
- Project Support: Assist team members with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks to ensure team productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Experience: Previous administrative experience is a plus, but we welcome enthusiastic candidates with no prior experience looking to grow.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
