Your Role:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that information is processed accurately and our team remains productive. You will be responsible for managing data, coordinating schedules, and providing top-tier support to our management team.
Responsibilities
- Data Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain customer and company data in various databases and spreadsheets with a focus on speed and precision.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming calls, manage emails, and sort incoming mail; coordinate meeting schedules and prepare agendas.
- Document Handling: Create, format, and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor office supply levels and place orders as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Customer Service: Assist clients and visitors with inquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff members when necessary.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of important documents.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar data entry role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40-50 WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
