Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed using various software platforms.
- Manage and organize physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare and edit reports, memos, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Assist with general office duties to ensure a productive work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or data entry.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data management software.
- Fast typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be located in or willing to commute to Ohio.
