Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate schedules and arrange meetings for department heads.
- Reconcile expense reports and process invoices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in data entry and administrative support is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
