Responsibilities
- Manage Complex Schedules: Coordinate executive meetings, schedule appointments, and arrange domestic and international travel logistics.
- High-Speed Data Entry: Input, update, and maintain accurate records in various databases and CRM platforms with a focus on zero errors.
- Document Management: Organize, file, and digitize physical documents while ensuring strict compliance with data privacy standards.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Report Generation: Compile weekly reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite, highlighting key performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative support and data entry.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and Google Workspace.
- Typing Speed: Must demonstrate a typing speed of at least 45-50 WPM.
- Attributes: Exceptional organizational skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a professional demeanor.
