Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on 99% accuracy and data integrity.
- Manage and organize complex digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Prepare, compose, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email, phone inquiries, and customer service.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in administrative support or data entry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
