- Accurately input, verify, and maintain complex datasets in municipal databases
- Process and document incoming forms, permits, and official correspondence
- Generate routine reports and analytics using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate departmental scheduling, meetings, and office logistics
- Implement data confidentiality protocols and compliance standards
- Manage digital filing systems with version control protocols
- Provide administrative support to senior staff during high-volume periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/minute
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and Word
- Proven ability to maintain 99.5% data accuracy in high-volume environments
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
