Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in CRM and ERP systems with 99%+ accuracy
- Process and manage confidential documents with strict adherence to HIPAA and GDPR compliance
- Coordinate office logistics including scheduling, correspondence, and supply inventory management
- Generate monthly reports using Excel pivot tables and data visualization tools
- Support cross-functional teams by providing administrative backup during peak periods
- Implement data validation protocols to ensure system integrity
- Train new staff on data entry procedures and office software
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years proven data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Professional certification in data management preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Detroit metro area residency preferred
- Valid Michigan driver's license for occasional off-site duties
