Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including visitor reception, call handling, and mail distribution
- Coordinate weekend meeting logistics including room setup, equipment preparation, and catering arrangements
- Maintain accurate filing systems and digital document organization using Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist with inventory management, supply procurement, and equipment maintenance
- Process expense reports, invoices, and basic financial documentation
- Provide administrative support to senior staff as needed during weekend hours
- Ensure compliance with office security protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of administrative or office support experience
