Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain critical business data in CRM and ERP systems
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll documentation with precision
- Manage digital filing systems and ensure data security compliance
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence
- Generate reports and analytics to support departmental decision-making
- Provide frontline administrative support to 10+ team members
- Assist with special projects as directed by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience (60+ WPM typing required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and error prevention skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Michigan driver's license for occasional off-site tasks
