Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain digital records in CRM and database systems
- Process and reconcile financial documents with 99.9% data accuracy
- Manage confidential information following HIPAA and GDPR compliance standards
- Coordinate office logistics including scheduling, correspondence, and supply management
- Generate monthly reports using Excel and proprietary software tools
- Support cross-functional teams with administrative documentation and filing
- Implement data quality control protocols to ensure system integrity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in administrative support with data entry focus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel advanced functions required)
- 10-key typing speed of 8,000+ KPH with zero errors
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., Salesforce, QuickBooks)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Professional certification in data management (e.g., CDM) a plus
