Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in CRM and ERP systems with zero error tolerance
- Process and verify high-volume transaction records while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Manage digital filing systems and implement data backup protocols
- Generate daily/weekly reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and meeting logistics
- Perform quality assurance checks on all data entry activities
- Support accounts payable/receivable tasks and invoice processing
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Salesforce, QuickBooks, or similar platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail with 99.5% data accuracy requirement
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Associate's degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
