Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical databases using proprietary systems
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll documentation with precision
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage correspondence for executives
- Generate weekly reports using Excel and other MS Office applications
- Assist in onboarding new hires with administrative paperwork and system training
- Manage confidential information with strict adherence to privacy protocols
- Support cross-departmental projects through data compilation and analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Associate degree or equivalent administrative certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven error rates <0.5%
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated time management abilities
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
