Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain confidential data in CRM and ERP systems
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for 15+ executives
- Process invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation with precision
- Compose professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory and vendor relationships
- Support HR functions including onboarding and records management
- Implement data validation protocols to ensure 99.9% accuracy
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative experience with advanced data entry proficiency
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proven ability to process 50+ WPM with zero-error data handling
- Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems
- Strong organizational skills with multitasking capabilities
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and document management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
