- Accurately input, verify, and maintain confidential data in municipal databases and CRM systems
- Process and document citizen requests, permits, and departmental correspondence with precision
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Manage digital filing systems with version control and audit trail maintenance
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and schedule complex meetings
- Train staff on data entry protocols and quality assurance procedures
- Support budget tracking by processing invoices and reconciling financial records
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables, Word mail merge) required
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Knowledge of Illinois municipal regulations and record-keeping standards
- Experience with document management systems (SharePoint, DocuSign)
- Ability to maintain 99.9% data accuracy under tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills for stakeholder interactions
- Professional certification in data management (CDA, CDIA) a plus
