Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update data into our digital database systems and spreadsheets.
- Review and proofread documents for typos, errors, and formatting inconsistencies.
- Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and mail, routing them to the appropriate department.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, organizing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Prepare and organize physical and electronic files, ensuring easy retrieval and maintenance.
- Perform basic research and compile data for internal reports.
- Assist with general office duties including printing, scanning, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong typing speed (minimum 35-40 WPM) with high accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
