- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence to stakeholders.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees and maintain personnel files.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records within our CRM systems.
- Organize and maintain office supplies, ensuring inventory levels are sufficient.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various departmental needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
