Responsibilities
- Manage Daily Operations: Oversee general office administration, including mail sorting, filing, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executives and staff.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and edit various documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately input and maintain data in databases and spreadsheets, generating weekly reports as needed.
- Vendor & Client Support: Assist with vendor relations, order office supplies, and support client-facing activities.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
