Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, with a professional and courteous tone.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute meeting minutes, reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy access to records and documents.
- Assist with data entry, payroll processing, and basic accounting tasks to support the finance department.
- Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Act as the point of contact for visitors and vendors, providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or certificate in Business Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to company policies.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
