Responsibilities

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of records.
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional front-desk customer service and support.
- Assist with data entry, inventory management, and basic bookkeeping tasks.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
