Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, manage email inboxes, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives and staff.
- Office Coordination: Oversee daily office operations, including supply inventory, mail distribution, and facility maintenance requests.
- Data Entry & Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical records, ensuring strict confidentiality.
- Customer Service: Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and handle inquiries professionally to represent the company image.
- Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and organize conference calls or in-person meetings.
- Reporting: Assist in generating weekly reports and compiling data for management review.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Clerk.
- Software Proficiency: Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively with a focus on accuracy.
