Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the front desk reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and clients.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate and schedule internal meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and business correspondence.
- Maintain and update digital and physical filing systems to ensure efficient record retrieval.
- Assist in the procurement of office supplies and equipment, managing vendor relationships.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
