Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for senior leadership.
- Prepare and distribute high-quality correspondence, including emails, memos, and formal reports with meticulous attention to detail.
- Handle incoming communications, screen calls, and route inquiries to the appropriate team members or departments promptly.
- Assist in project coordination, including tracking deadlines, organizing digital and physical files, and maintaining accurate databases.
- Plan and execute office events, team meetings, and social gatherings to foster a positive company culture.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and assist with budget tracking and general office administration.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred; high school diploma equivalent required.
