- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain and update office filing systems to ensure information is easily accessible.
- Assist in general office administration duties such as supply management and reception coverage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a flexible, remote, or hybrid environment.
