Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and direct calls to appropriate departments
- Greet visitors, screen appointments, and maintain visitor log
- Coordinate office deliveries, mail, and courier services
- Assist with meeting room bookings and basic administrative tasks
- Maintain pristine reception area appearance and office supplies inventory
- Support HR with new employee onboarding paperwork
- Handle basic IT troubleshooting for office equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist/front desk experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
