Responsibilities
- Executive calendar management and appointment coordination
- Travel arrangements and expense report processing
- Document preparation, editing, and distribution in Microsoft Suite
- Meeting logistics: venue booking, catering, and agenda preparation
- Database management and confidential record-keeping
- Vendor relationship coordination and supply inventory oversight
- Onboarding support for new hires and orientation materials
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience
- Minimum 2 years in administrative support roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proven multitasking and deadline management abilities
- Discretion with confidential information
- Flexibility to adjust hours (20-30 hrs/week)
- Atlanta metro area residency preferred
