Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination across multiple time zones
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee office inventory management and vendor relationships for supplies/services
- Coordinate departmental events, offsites, and team-building activities
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Implement and maintain efficient office procedures and filing systems
- Support budget tracking and expense report processing for executive team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience accepted in lieu of degree)
- Minimum 3 years of executive administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with strict deadlines
- Experience with calendar management across multiple executives
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality requirements
- Proficiency with office equipment and digital collaboration tools (Teams, Slack)
