Responsibilities
- Manage departmental calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex meeting logistics
- Prepare, edit, and distribute official correspondence, reports, and confidential documents
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional professionalism
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure compliance with record-keeping protocols
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Support onboarding processes and coordinate training sessions for new staff
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and community initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma with 3+ years of administrative experience; Associate's degree preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
