- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex travel arrangements, and handle confidential correspondence
- Process invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation with strict adherence to compliance standards
- Generate comprehensive reports using Excel, Salesforce, and proprietary software systems
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person interactions

Qualifications
