- Manage digital filing systems and maintain organized electronic records
- Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange travel logistics
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders with timely submission
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee paperwork
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external communications
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative experience with proven data entry expertise
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional typing speed (60+ WPM) with zero-error tolerance
